Position Summary
We are seeking a purpose-driven and collaborative Executive Director of Medical Group – Physician Clinics to lead and align operations across Regional West Physicians Clinic, our multispecialty clinic enterprise. This is a rare opportunity to bring strategic insight, operational focus, and principled, people-centered leadership to a dedicated provider team in a rural setting. You’ll guide day-to-day clinic operations in alignment with Regional West Physicians Clinic priorities, align with system strategy, and help foster a high-performing, mission-connected culture—ensuring that every decision made supports patients, teams, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operations for a diverse network of physician clinics across western Nebraska
- Drive access, quality, and consistency across multi-site practices
- Strengthen provider alignment and improve practice performance
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure strategic and financial alignment
- Foster engagement across clinic staff and providers to ensure collaboration, service excellence, and accountability
- Oversee budgets and resource allocation with a focus on stewardship and sustainability
- Support a culture of shared success through leadership visibility, responsiveness, and trust-building
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7 years in progressive leadership roles within medical group or ambulatory operations
- Proven results in driving operational improvement and financial accountability
- A leadership style defined by approachability, clear communication, and a commitment to partnership
- Familiarity with the unique opportunities and challenges of rural health care
