About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Regional West Medical Center (RWMC). As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the beautiful and safe outdoor environment of our medical center. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the grounds are well-kept and visually appealing and safe for all patients, visitors, and staff. You will work to ensure that all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Experience in landscaping or grounds keeping.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating grounds keeping equipment.
- Experience with snow removal and ice control.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds of the medical center, including lawns, gardens, and parking lots.
- Operate and maintain grounds keeping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Ensure that all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Assist with snow removal and ice control during the winter months.
