Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking a talented Registered Nurse for a House Supervisor.

To serve this mission, you will be delivering quality nursing care while utilizing critical thinking skills according to nursing best practice standards.
As an RWHS House Supervisor, you will:
- Work with internal units and external facilities to ensure appropriate patient transfers and admissions are achieved
- Act as a liaison between patients, family members, and health professionals to ensure quality care when needed
- Take issues of concern to senior administrator on call
- Provide staff with instructions, advice and guidance when needed
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 60 days of hire
- American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
- ACLS, TNCC, and NRP within 6 months of hire
- PALS within one year of hire
