Job Description

Job Title : Nurse

Job Specialty : Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Med-Surg Mother / Baby

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Nights 5 PM - 5 AM, including 2 out of 3 weekends

Guaranteed Hours : 48 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 1 year

License : Nursing License

Certifications : ACLS, NRP, BLS

Must-Have :

Experience in Labor and Delivery, and circulating in NICU settings

Job Description :

Provide patient care in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum units for mother and baby.

Work collaboratively with the medical team and provide support during childbirth, including monitoring fetal heart rates and managing complications.

Assist with NICU responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care for newborns.

Scrubbing in for C-sections and providing assistance during surgical procedures.

Ensure all care protocols and healthcare standards are met consistently.

Adapt quickly to fast-paced environments, demonstrating excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Work a consistent night shift schedule, including required weekends and holidays.

Ability to perform under low, mid, and high-performance expectations.

Additional experience in pediatrics, scrubbing for C-sections, and NICU is preferred. This role requires a quick start with dedicated and focused service delivery.
