To serve this mission, we ask you to provide exceptional customer service and to organize, coordinate and assist in the smooth running of the department. Our Patient Access Specialist are a vital part of our Emergency Room (ED), Lab, Admissions, Insurance Verification, and Scheduling.
As a RWHS Patient Access Specialist, you will:
- Accurately admits and registers all inpatients and outpatients according to policy and procedures.
- Understands and can communicate the information contained on all forms as required by law or insurance regulation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
