Regional Care, Inc. (RCI) is one of the nation’s premier independent third-party insurance administrators based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and is actively looking for an individual with strong customer service to join the team as a Client Service Specialist.

To serve this mission, the Client Service Specialist will work on advanced processes and projects, using your years of experience in the industry to assist the department in increasing automation and productivity.
As a RCI Client Service Specialist, you will :
- Ensures claims and / or pre-certification and / or pre-authorization data are input into the system with appropriate screening criteria such as membership, providers, codes, dates of service, charges and repricing if appropriate
- Follow-up with health / dental / vision claims in accurate and timely manner
- Work closely with claims for accurate and appropriate coding based on coding initiatives
You may be a good fit if you have :
- A high school diploma
- Knowledge of medical coding
