JOB DESCRIPTION

If you're a self-starter who enjoys working independently and is looking for a great opportunity Regions Hospital is looking for a Facilities Management Center (FMC) Coordinator to join our team. As the FMC Coordinator you will work collaboratively with managers, staff and peers providing a connection between the customer and the departments of plant operations, and grounds; to receive verbal and written requests for services.

Duties include:

  • Assign tasks based on established systems and dispatch / contact appropriate staff to complete tasks maintain records, files and schedules.
  • Compile data for reports as directed or according to determined routines.
  • Produce communication pieces and documents using word processing.
  • Prioritize multiple demands from multiple requesters seeking assistance from the Director when unsure.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Work schedule: FTE 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly), Day Shift

Required Qualifications:

  • Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • 2 years of experience as a coordinator / clerk or equivalent.
