What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist Per Diem position at Regions Hospital?
Job Description
Regions has multiple weekday and weekend shifts available for a per diem Physical Therapist! This position would come with one weekend/month requirement with and one holiday/year requirement.
This position will primarily serve adult patients on acute units of our Trauma Level 1 hospital. Training to cover to our 21-bed CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility is also offered. This position provides an opportunity to work with a wide range of diagnoses: stroke, brain injury, spinal cord, orthopedic, intensive medical and cardiac units, and observation units. We provide a thorough on-boarding process to all new hires and mentorship from experienced staff is available. Regions Rehabilitation offers in-services on a wide range of topics that can help grow your clinical experience.
Work Schedule
One weekend a month, one holiday per year but also picking up weekdays as able.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- Licensed with the Minnesota State Board of Physical Therapy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in similar settings/diagnoses.
- Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
