Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Communications Creative Asset Production Manager monitors and organizes creative workflow across an expanded, integrated creative services team as well as outside agencies and studios.
Primary Responsibilities
Manages demand on creative resources and ensures that assets are created within specifications and timelines
Oversees processes, procedures, and tools that allow Regions to effectively manage our creative assets across multiple internal and external sources
Establishes and monitors budgets, both time and outside expenses, for creative development projects and programs to include estimating time/demand for internal resources as well as feels and material disbursements to outside vendors
Manages development and implementation of our brand and creative development resource portal (Aprimo DAM)
Tracks and traffics digital assets to media partners as required
Conducts trademark and intellectual property searches and administration
May supervise a creative asset management strategist
Manages the execution and delivery process to ensure client satisfaction
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, Marketing, or a related creative field
Seven (7) years of experience in creative roles
Skills and Competencies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires creative thinking and attention to detail
Commitment to teamwork and collaborating with colleagues to maximize our effectiveness on all projects, large and small
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to articulate ideas and strategies
Knowledge of media production related compliance, copyright laws and property management to ensure all content adheres to legal standards
Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and clients
Additional preferences for this specific opportunity
Experience with Aprimo or similar DAM platform
Experience planning and managing metadata and taxonomy
Experience designing and managing workflows, and training users

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
