Job Overview:
As the Front Desk Administrator for our real estate office, you will be the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome to visitors and supporting the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. This role involves handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, and offering administrative support to the executive team. This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office personnel.
  • Manage incoming mail, correspondence, and phone calls.
  • Address inquiries from clients and prospects effectively.
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks.
  • Engage in daily office functions such as planning meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Languages:
  • English (required)
  • Spanish (preferred)

Commuting Requirements:
  • Fully In-Office (no remote work)
