Regis Jesuit High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Boys Wrestling Coach to lead our wrestling program. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including skill development, team management, and fostering a culture of excellence that aligns with the school’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will have previous head coaching experience, a strong background in wrestling fundamentals, and the ability to manage and grow a successful program.Stipend begin at $5200.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive wrestling program that builds on Regis Jesuit’s strong wrestling tradition.
- Instruct student-athletes in fundamental and advanced wrestling techniques, strategy, and conditioning.
- Foster a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Manage all aspects of the program, including scheduling, budgeting, equipment procurement, and facility coordination.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop assistant coaches to ensure the program’s success.
- Lead off-season workouts and training programs to enhance athlete development.
- Collaborate with the Athletic Director and school administration to ensure alignment with school policies and expectations.
- Promote academic success and character development among student-athletes.
- Engage with parents, alumni, and the broader Regis Jesuit community to support program growth.
- Commitment to the principles of Jesuit education as set forth in Regis Jesuit's mission statement and the "Profile of the Jesuit High School Graduate at Graduation"
- Previous head coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, techniques, and strategy.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a competitive wrestling program.
- Commitment to student-athlete development both on and off the mat.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to lead off-season training and conditioning programs.
