Position Type: Staff Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Requested Start Date for this Position: 05/29/2023 - 27 days to go Campus Location: Northwest Denver Campus Full-time or Part-time: Full time Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Admissions, the Associate Director of Admissions, helps to provide leadership in developing and implementing student recruitment and enrollment strategies targeting traditional community college and contemporary adults, both at the undergraduate and graduate level, for admission to Regis University. The Associate Director is responsible for the execution of a comprehensive and strategic management plan designed to effectively and efficiently administer daily recruitment tactics to shape enrollment and meet the mission of Regis University. The Associate Director shares accountability for the achievement of new student goals and is required to use discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance regarding the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of new students. The Associate Director is required to maintain current with contemporary enrollment management practices and familiarity with best practice recruitment communication technologies. The Associate Director provides leadership and day-to-day management of all admissions recruitment tactics, as well as staff development, and training execution. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Under the guidance from the Director of Admissions, the Associate Director, is responsible for assisting in the implementation, refinement, and evaluation of the undergraduate and graduate strategic recruitment plan and enrollment projection model to meet short- and long-range goals, while addressing specific initiatives which coincide with the mission of the university The Associate Director will assist in establishing and achieving the annual enrollment goals, which include enrolling new and the retention of current students, in collaboration with the Director of Admission and Deans In addition, the Associate Director will be expected to maintain familiarity with current and developing technologies and their application in achieving recruitment goals Furthermore, this position will act, under the direction of the Director of Admissions, as a primary liaison with key enrollment partners across the university, including financial aid, academic advising units, student services, academic records & registration, and faculty, to ensure consistent, Jesuit-inspired service to all newly enrolling students The Associate Director will help to facilitate optimal enrollment management performance internally, fostering a professional development environment that ensures team members are equipped to approach challenges of their positions and contribute to successful recruitment and outreach efforts The individual will help support team through attention to on-going learning and improvement in key job functions including, but not limited to, programmatic knowledge, systems training, positive student engagement, and customer service The Associate Director will share the responsibility for ensuring teams' attainment of new enrollment goals, plus, efforts to result in increased generation of revenues for the university The individual should also be knowledgeable in using historical data and statistics to assist in identifying trends/patterns that impact recruitment and enrollment of new students The Associate Director will need to assist the Director of Admissions in helping to identify new clientele, develop new and existing markets, and cultivate strategies to increase enrollments This position will work in collaboration with the Director of Admissions to ensure optimal performance of enrollment management partnerships with Regis University and community stakeholders Using Technology, CRM, and Social Media Marketing Efforts The Associate Director will also be charged with successfully executing best practice relationship building and decision making with student inquiries, plus, the ability to maintain accurate and complete records within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce) and Centralized Application Systems (CAS) This position will be depended upon to lead the unit in the utilization of Salesforce to effectively manage recruitment and make strategic, data-driven decisions on measurable recruitment activities in order to achieve annual enrollment goals Furthermore, the Associate Director will assist the Director of Admissions, in their collaboration with Admission Marketing to explore new areas of clientele and the use of social media, plus other available technology, in helping to the secure the enrollments of new students The Associate Director will work closely with the Director of Admissions, administrators, faculty and staff, also with prospective students, family members, alumni, and friends of the university The Associate Director will also interact with high-level professionals in the local business and surrounding community MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Minimum requirement is a baccalaureate degree; master's degree in educational administration is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of previous college or postsecondary education experience working in recruitment, admissions, or student service programs. Supervisory experience preferred.
