Registrar Corp is seeking an enthusiastic and outcome-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to oversee our virtual webinar events. As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies and leading online webinar events that boost brand recognition, secure new customers, and drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

Lead Webinar Initiatives: Plan, organize, and streamline the execution of execute webinars designed to attract and engage new prospects. This will include sourcing speakers, leading team planning sessions, enabling outreach, managing logistics, aligning team timelines, and analyzing webinar performance.

Support Digital Presence: Enhance the organization’s website by showcasing our planned webinars.

Webinar Management: Maintain the organization’s webinar calendar and share updates with relevant stakeholders. Create and manage team workflows in relation to webinar/webinar deliverables, schedule kick-off meetings, create timelines, organize dry runs with presenters, and manage campaigns related to webinars.

Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with product, sales, and marketing teams on successful webinar launch. Follow-up on deliverables with relevant teams and ensure project remains on track for delivery.

Data-Driven Strategy: Implement measurements for campaign performance and utilize data insights to refine webinar strategies. Provide high-level post-webinar recaps to stakeholders, outlining the overall statistics and success of webinars. Maintain spreadsheets with webinar historical data and content.

Lead Generation and Direct Data Entry Projects: Initiate and direct lead data entry projects with our data entry team after webinars are executed. Ensure directions are given and projects meet desired deadlines. Foster strong alignment between marketing and sales to deliver post-event sales follow-up.

Global Office Support: Work with our Global Office teams in planning and executing webinars across the globe. Deliver webinar kits that can be used by Global Office teams and enable them on the delivery of webinars, as well as coordinate across marketing for proper level of support to drive registrations and attendance.

Management of Printed Marketing Collateral: Manage printer deliveries as needed that arrive to the office and coordinate with team where they need to go.

Oversee Project Management Platform: Help team with Monday.com (project management platform) upkeep/hygiene to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, specifically supporting webinar events.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Proven ability to organize projects and drive teams to project completion keeping everyone on track to deliver on time.

Detail and process-oriented; feel strong level of accomplishment by completing tasks.

Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.

Experience in project management / tools is required (Monday.com is a plus)
