Product Marketing Associate
Registrar Corp’s mission is to promote consumer health and safety by providing over 32,000 food, cosmetic, medical device, and drug companies in 190 countries with US FDA compliance software and services. We are growing fast and seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team.
We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing team and drive success in our Food & Beverage offerings line. In this role, you will report to our Product Marketing Director and contribute to the execution of positioning and messaging, customer and competitor research, content development, and our overall go-to-market efforts. Collaborating with our full Marketing team, you will create messaging and content to generate revenue and enable sales to drive new business.
As an ideal candidate for the Product Marketing Associate role, you will have prior experience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders from various teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, and Tech-Enabled Services. What You’ll Do:

Marketing strategy: Engage with product, sales and marketing stakeholders to analyze target markets, create ideal customer profiles and buyer personas, develop differentiated messaging, and plan go-to-market campaigns.

Marketing execution: Create and commission collateral, case studies, presentations, demo videos, event materials, sales battlecards, one-pagers, feature comparisons and other marketing and sales enablement assets.

Project management: Scope projects and develop campaign briefs, manage responsibilities and present to stakeholders, leverage workflow and CRM tools to keep teams on-target for all projects and deadlines.

Measurement: Identify objectives and KPIs as they relate to business line growth and potential, developing benchmarks and reporting on progress regularly.

Creativity and collaboration: Work in concert with other marketing functions to execute webinars, events, social media programs and other lead-generating initiatives.
Who You Are:

3-5 years in B2B product or services marketing

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Proficiency in HubSpot, Monday.com, JIRA, and a CRM system (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Sugar, etc.)

HubSpot and/or PMA certifications also a plus, but not required

Any knowledge of or experience with FDA/government compliance is a bonus
