Product Marketing Manager, Food & Beverage Compliance

We seek a Product Marketing Manager, with expertise in Food and Beverage (F&B) compliance, to lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies across our F&B software and service offerings. As Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Success, and other cross-functional teams to position products effectively, define the key target markets and value differentiators of solutions, drives go-to-market strategy and aligns execution, builds effective marketing and sales collateral, and enhances market presence.


Essential Functions

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate company solutions in the F&B regulatory compliance space and resonate with target audiences.
  • Content Strategy & Development: Create content such as webinars, slide decks, videos, sales collateral, blog posts, case studies, and other assets to educate target audiences and support each stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for product launches and feature releases. Partner with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless execution and strong product adoption. 
  • Sales Enablement: Develop tools, presentations, case studies, and training to enable the Sales team to effectively communicate product value and address customer pain points. Be the subject matter expert for F&B, providing valued messaging and guidance for overall pre-sales opportunities.
  • Public Speaking: Be the spokesperson and face/voice of Registrar’s point-of-view and solutions regarding global F&B regulations and compliance. This includes press interviews, public speaking engagements, podcasts and more.
  • Website Content and Messaging: Develop all website content and messaging across our F&B service/product lines, as well as inform and influence how we market our offerings with key differentiators. 
  • Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to design campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Provide input on messaging, audience targeting, and content.
  • Customer Insights & Personas: Build and refine detailed buyer personas. Gather customer insights through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform product and marketing strategies. Identify and nurture relationships with key customers to drive testimonials, case studies, and referrals that build credibility and support sales.
  • Product Adoption & Retention: Partner with Client Success and Product teams to drive product adoption, ensuring customers maximize value. Develop retention strategies and resources for ongoing engagement
  • Performance Analysis: Track and measure the success of product marketing initiatives, reporting on KPIs and using data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends by working with in-house subject matter experts to understand the competitive landscape. Identify insights to shape product positioning and strategy

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5 years in B2B product marketing in a SaaS or Services environment, with experience in Food & Beverage regulatory compliance (FDA, F&B or similar) or related industry.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and scaling product marketing strategies, with a track record of successfully launching and positioning products in competitive markets.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence various stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Client Success, and Demand Generation teams.
