Full Time Permanent Positions for an X-Ray / RadiologicTechnologist in Sacramento, CA
Negotiable Salary and Excellent Benefits
Part Time, Weekend (Saturday and Sunday coverage)
JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking an X-Ray / Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, health care facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities. The role involves performing and processing X-Rays using portable digital radiography equipment, unloading equipment, performing EKGs, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit / transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation
Transport and unload portable X-Ray equipment and take into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician. Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent x‐ray images.
Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required)
Scan exam related paperwork / billing documents on a daily basis per protocol
Communicate regularly efficiently, and professionally with peers, management, dispatch department and clients
Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment

REQUIREMENTS
Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification (Limited License not acceptable)
1 Year experience in and any of the following :
Meditech RAD – Radiology
Mammography
Radiology
1 Year experience in and any of the following :
Echocardiogram (echo)
Electrocardiogram (EKG / ECG)
Echocardiography
Driver’s License
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or exemption request
