The Food Service Assistant Essential Duties:
- Assist and support the Food Service DirectorDesignee with daily operations.
- Oversee inventory and ordering for the department.
- Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.
- Assist in resident meal tickets. Meal Tracker experience a PLUS.
- Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.
- Performs other job-related duties.
