Key Responsibilities :

Clerical Support :

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, families, and staff.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
  • File and organize office records, ensuring all documents are accurately entered and maintained.

Communication :

Relay messages between nursing staff, physicians, and patients.

  • Prepare and distribute communications.
  • Documentation :

    Assist in the preparation of reports, and documents needed for meetings or reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality regulations (HIPAA) and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Inventory and Supplies :

    Track and order office and medical supplies needed for the nursing department.

  • Maintain inventory and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Administrative Assistance :

    Assist nursing staff with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.

  • Prepare charts, reports, and other documentation as required for staff or departmental use.
