Regulatory Analyst I: ($55,500 - $69,380)
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field.
Regulatory Analyst II: ($62,130 - $77,660)
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field.
- Two years’ experience as a Regulatory Analyst I or equivalent experience in rates and regulations of public utility or natural gas pipeline industry or related field.
Regulatory Analyst III: ($71,460 - $89,330)
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field.
- Four years regulatory or related experience.

- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage, or unauthorized access.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
- May be required to maintain a valid driver's license.
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

- Collects, analyzes and summarizes company financial and statistical data including the formation of supporting workpapers and testimony as applicable relative to cost of service, volumes, cost allocation and rate design for rate studies, formal rate filings and other filings made with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
- Drafts tariff language for new or revised services and tariff enhancements in accordance with FERC orders and/or management direction to ensure operational integrity and achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
- Prepares certificate filings including making recommendations regarding filing requirements for proposed services or changes to existing services and ensuring compliance with all applicable FERC regulations and orders.
- Complies with all applicable rules and regulations in accordance with company policy and practice.
- Monitors activities of FERC Notice of Proposed Rulemakings and other regulatory agency issuances and draft comments as necessary to further achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
