Junior Superintendent

qualifications:

• Licensed Electrician with extensive field experience in multifamily building projects.
• Proven ability to manage electrical systems for buildings up to 300 units, including both vertical and horizontal types.
• Strong expertise in telecommunications, security systems, CCTV, access control, lighting controls, and related technologies.
• Experience leading large crews (40-50 personnel) and managing team performance effectively.
• OSHA-trained with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to attend and contribute to site and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
• A track record of successfully completing similar projects on time and within budget.
