Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections on properties managed by the company.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
- Experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with property management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.78 - $30.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
