Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Guilford, CT. The Service Technician will perform daily tasks including maintenance and repair of propane gas systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service support. Additionally, the Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and timely response to service requests.
Qualifications:
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair and ongoing system upkeep
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in Field Service operations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certified training in relevant technical areas is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certifications preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.47 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
