What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper I position at REH Services, LLC?
What you’ll be doing:
- Mow, rake, water, fertilize lawn
- Assist with irrigation work, including repair
- Weed control
- Tending to flowers, trees, and plants
- May apply herbicides, insecticides, fertilizers, and other chemical compounds
What you’ll need to do the job:
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and repair
- Background in lawn and turf care
- Experience with operating ATV’s, OHV’s, and trucks in mountainous environments
- Familiarity with groundskeeping equipment (i.e. mowers (riding and push), aerators, verticutters, string line cutters, edgers, tillers, hand tools, trucks, ATV’s, tractors, front end loaders, forklifts, irrigation timers, pipe risers, pumps and valves)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of using hand tools for multiple hours at a time
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods of time
