Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
- Document findings accurately and timely using standardized evaluation forms, adhering to all guidelines.
- Develop treatment plans including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Possess a graduate degree from an accredited university in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
- Hold a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
