Job Description
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
- Ongoing possession of a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
- Ability to provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on medical orders.
- Capacity to document findings accurately and timely using standardized evaluation forms, adhering to all guidelines.
- Familiarity with creating a comprehensive treatment plan including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
