Rehab Financial Group, LP is a leading private lender focused on the short-term fix and flip market headquartered in Rosemont, PA, in 18 states (AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA).
This is a leadership role focused on implementing and managing the wide array of technological needs of the organization (e.g., voice / data networking, hardware, software, system administration, information security, data and process management). As the primary IT person, this role extends from support through strategy and includes implementation, configuration, maintenance, and various other phases of technology lifecycle management. Support and service is provided to both internal and external parties (staff, leadership, partners, vendors, and customers). This position is a critical component of the organization’s operational capability and reports into senior management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- System administration for platforms supporting origination, servicing, marketing, sales, accounting, and other organizational needs
o Daily user administration
o Implementation of business process designs, updates and changes
o Maintenance of data and data quality within systems of record
o Provisioning and deprovisioning of resources for employees, partners and customers as required
o Managing licensing levels and allocation to users
o Maintaining appropriate policy guidelines for system usage and monitoring compliance
o Actively manage the quality of data within core platforms
o Generate and deliver regular, periodic reports to senior management
o Assist staff with questions on data access, location, definition, quality, and tools to extract / report
o Continually look to improve / automate data reporting processes
o Working on individual issues as they arise for staff, partners and customers
o Escalation of issues in an efficient and productive manner to the appropriate vendor when local efforts to resolve are not sufficient
o Tracking vendor-raised support issues to resolution
