Rehab Financial Group, LP is a leading private lender focused on the short-term fix and flip market headquartered in Rosemont, PA, in 18 states (AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA).

This is a leadership role focused on implementing and managing the wide array of technological needs of the organization (e.g., voice / data networking, hardware, software, system administration, information security, data and process management).  As the primary IT person, this role extends from support through strategy and includes implementation, configuration, maintenance, and various other phases of technology lifecycle management.  Support and service is provided to both internal and external parties (staff, leadership, partners, vendors, and customers).  This position is a critical component of the organization’s operational capability and reports into senior management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • System administration for platforms supporting origination, servicing, marketing, sales, accounting, and other organizational needs

o   Daily user administration

o   Implementation of business process designs, updates and changes

o   Maintenance of data and data quality within systems of record

o   Provisioning and deprovisioning of resources for employees, partners and customers as required

o   Managing licensing levels and allocation to users

o   Maintaining appropriate policy guidelines for system usage and monitoring compliance

  • Data management across the systems of record and for delivery in organizational reporting
  • o   Actively manage the quality of data within core platforms

    o   Generate and deliver regular, periodic reports to senior management

    o   Assist staff with questions on data access, location, definition, quality, and tools to extract / report

    o   Continually look to improve / automate data reporting processes

  • End user support
  • o   Working on individual issues as they arise for staff, partners and customers

    o   Escalation of issues in an efficient and productive manner to the appropriate vendor when local efforts to resolve are not sufficient

    o   Tracking vendor-raised support issues to resolution

  • Working with other shared services teams (e.g., HR, Marketing, Accounting, Project Management) to provide streamlined and coordinated support to the organization
  • Vendor management for core enterprise platform providers which includes involvement with cost oversight, updates, maintenance, support, and strategic direction / planning
  • Management of organizational services such as telecom, managed services provider (MSP), and third parties providing other technology-related services
  • Prioritize different activities according to business need and level of effort
  • Periodic (annually / semi-annually) strategic planning for IT function to senior leadership
  • Assist senior leadership in evaluating / reviewing new and existing platforms / technologies
  • Develop and implement business solutions that fit the size, scale and needs of the organization with particular attention to cost and capability to support
  • Be the organizational guide for best practices and procedures in the areas of Information Security and related continuing education
  • Core Competencies

  • People centric with the ability to listen and work with potentially multiple parties to reach answers or resolutions to issues
  • Demonstrated technical skills managing and maintaining IT platforms, preferably those related to Lending and Loan Servicing platforms
  • Ability to work with vendors to manage projects and problem resolution
  • Invested in learning the business side of operations and contributing to best practices around technology use
  • Self-motivated by technical challenges and ability to see issues through to resolution
  • Demonstrated diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled at capturing business and technical requirements and turning that into an actionable execution plan
  • Experience

  • 5 years of IT support-related experience
  • 2 years of systems administration
  • 2 years of Lending industry experience
  • Microsoft Excel development experience, particularly in the areas of data management and reporting
  • 2 years of Tableau Cloud report development and administration
  • 1 year of SQL experience (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
  • Familiarity with supporting MAC OS desktop (desired)
  • Experience working Microsoft Office 365 support with an MSP (desired)
  • Education

  • 4-year college degree (BS / BA) preferred (technical in nature, such as engineering, computer science, analytics, information technology)
