About the role
A board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) is a health care practitioner certified in applied behavior analysis (ABA) who strives to influence people"s behaviors. Many BCBAs specialize in areas like autism, developmental disabilities or mental health issues. BCBA"s play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supervising ABA therapy programs.
What Is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy? ABA therapy applies our understanding of how behavior works to real situations. The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affect learning. Applied Behavior Analysis involves many techniques for understanding and changing behavior. ABA Is a flexible treatment

What you"ll do
Develop and implement clinical programs while also providing clinical oversight, coaching and mentorship for our therapists.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans accordingly to improve client outcomes. This includes analyzing data and modifying treatment programs and goals throughout the client's life cycle with RFA.
Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc.
Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client.
Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training / coaching, session feedback, documentation, and overall support.
Create simulated conditions where you will observe the behavior of each client
Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed
Operate within time, financial, and other resource constraints
Qualifications : Master"s Degree
A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification / license
CPR / BLS Certification (in-person certification only) before start date
1 year experience in a BCBA role (preferred)
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with data collection methods and ability to analyze data to inform treatment decisions
Management experience
Good communication skills
The pay range for this role is :
80,000 - 90,000 USD per year(RFA)
