Reports To : Director of Clinical Support, Therapy Leadership
POSITION SUMMARY :
Performs patient activities for both inpatient and outpatient therapy needs as directed by the Director of Clinical Support and Therapy Leadership, in accordance with established policies and procedures of the hospital.
Starting Wage : $15.693
The posted wage is the current starting wage for this position. Actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position. The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Certification / Licensure :
Current BLS certification
High school graduate or equivalent.
One (1) year of applicable work experience in nursing or allied health such as in OT, PT, Speech, Kinesiology, Personal Training, Medical Assistant, etc; or completion of at least one (1) year of clinical rotations / affiliations in a nursing or allied health program or personal trainer certification program; or completion of two (2) years of college, majoring in health services, rehabilitation services or related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Valid State of Hawaii driver’s license.
