• Employment Type: Full Time and PRN opportunities
• Location: The Blake at Panama City Beach
• Full Time Salary Range: $70,000-100,000 (base incentive pay)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who is enthusiastic about empowering clients with strength and independence. You will thrive in an outpatient setting and value being a part of a collaborative and passionate team.

Responsibilities

1. Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with complex neurological diagnoses.
2. Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
3. Perform discharge evaluations and make recommendations for home and community safety, providing referral and education resources as needed.
4. Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services, and family members.
5. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands including fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periods.
