Director of Nursing (DON) Expectations:
- Oversight of all nursing operations for our post-acute care and long-term care facility.
- Establish objectives and long-term goals and training for the healthcare team.
- Ensure the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate resident care as related to individualized resident needs, family involvement, and the physician’s plan of care for the resident.

Requirements:
- Valid state license(s)
- RN and LTC experience
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
