Role Description
As a Commission-Based Business Development Specialist at Rehab Planet, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our services to expand our market presence. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule and earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to expand our client base.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business development strategies that align with company objectives.
- Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing department to create and implement promotional campaigns aimed at attracting new clients.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
