Director of Marketing And Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team and lead our marketing and business development efforts across all brands within the Rehab United ecosystem (Rehab United, Resolve Wellness, and Fit Societe).

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for inspiring & leading a team of marketing professionals, managing marketing budgets, and building strong relationships with our providers, driving forward the strategic plan, and changing the healthcare space.

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement a multi-brand marketing strategy that aligns with our mission, vision, and overall business goals.
• Oversee and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, content, PR, and events.
• Drive our healthcare initiative by identifying and targeting key customer segments and developing personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with their specific needs and interests.
• Maintain strong relationships with our providers, referral partners, influencers, industry organizations, and community groups.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
• Track and measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making using a data-driven approach.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams for Rehab United and its brands.

About you:

• You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a leadership role in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
• You are a strong leader, inspiring, building trust, fostering emotional intelligence, and creating a strong communication foundation for the team and the company
• You have excellent project management and organizational skills.
• You have a passion for leadership and developing others.
• You have strong website and digital design skills (Photoshop, etc.).
• Prior experience in the rehabilitation, wellness, or fitness industry a big plus.
• You have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
