As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Robin Hill Farm, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our residents, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll provide compassionate assistance and supervision, ensuring their safety and well-being while contributing to the smooth operation of our program. This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, and communicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team.
Hiring full-time, part-time and PRN!
Shift Differentials:
- $3.00 for 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm.
- $4.50 for 3rd shift: 11pm-7am.
- $1.00 for all weekend shifts.

Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:
- Meal preparation.
- Housekeeping.
- Companionship.
- Personal hygiene care.
- Transportation assistance.
- Other light duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided.
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement. Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Robin Hill Farm provides community-based cognitive rehabilitation for adults with brain injuries.
