A Dietary Supervisor assistant who supports the dietary supervisor by assisting with day-today operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance and dietary guidelines and regulations.
Assisting with Meal Planning and Preparation:
Collaborate with the dietary manager to develop and implement meal plans that meet the nutritional needs of patients and residents.
Staff Management:
Assist in the supervision of dietary staff, including scheduling, and training.
Address staff concerns and issues in a timely professional manner.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with all relevant dietary regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records of patient or resident dietary needs and preferences.
Participate in audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
1 year experience, preferably in a skilled nursing environment
Servsafe certification
