Nursing Assistant Position
The Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. As a key member of our Clinical Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer Activities of Daily Living with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor residents' conditions and maintain a safe environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certification or completion from a State of Iowa Accredited program
- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA is highly desired
