Job Description
- Perform mobility exercises for residents in accordance with their individualized care plan.
- Assist residents in attaining the highest physical and emotional well-being possible by restoring mobility.
- Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and assist residents with assistive devices.
- Observe changes in condition and ensure a safe environment.
- Maintain education and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- An unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate.
- C.P.R. certification.
- One year of R.N.A experience preferred, but not required.
