As a staff nurse, you will be instrumental in managing operations on your assigned unit. Your responsibilities will include supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and education, instilling a positive facility culture, and ensuring infection prevention practices are maintained. You will also ensure adequate staffing for our residents' needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable. If you are an RN with a passion for excellence and a drive to lead, we encourage you to apply.
