Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents.
CNA Key Duties
Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our resident’s main care giver providing necessary support for all activities of daily living.
Maintain patient stability, monitoring weight and vital as well as input and output.
Communicate any observations in change of resident’s status to the nursing team.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
CNA Qualifications
- Valid CNA license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
