Our long-term care skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Concierge . As the Concierge , you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population.
Concierge Key Duties
Work closely with the nursing staff on the units, admissions, dietary, activities and social services to ensure that the needs of the residents are met.
Commitment to delivering high quality customer service.
Assist a new resident and their family to the facility upon admissions.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
