Facility : Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Winter Park
Position Type : Full-Time
Salary : $125,000–$130,000 per year
Shift : Monday through Friday, Full-Time
Your Role as Director of Nursing (RN) :
As a critical leader in our team, you will :
- Oversee Quality Care : Ensure nursing staff delivers exceptional care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
- Drive Excellence : Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department, guiding staffing procedures to maintain high standards.
- Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead Initiatives : Participate in Quality Improvement (QI) teams and other multidisciplinary meetings.
- Adapt and Support : Perform additional duties as needed to support facility operations
Qualifications :
2 years in long-term care or a related setting.
