Experience in rehabilitation and medical-surgical environments

Job Description :

Work in a state-of-the-art, 40-bed rehabilitation hospital focused on providing therapy services.

Deliver customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.

Provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey.

Maximize the health, function, and quality of life of patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Work in a CARF-accredited facility for Stroke Specialty Program, Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Amputation Specialty Programs.

Engage with adult and geriatric patient populations.

Utilize Epic electronic health record (EHR) system for patient documentation and care coordination.

Maintain great customer service skills for patient and family interactions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
