Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is hiring a full time Case Manager in our Intensive Clinical Case Management Program (ICCM) in Orange County. The ICCM program serves children and youth who are at risk for out-of-home placement and may have a mental health diagnosis. Staff will manage a caseload of 10-12 families, with a target population of youth ages 12-17, providing intensive support requiring fieldwork including weekly home visits (some evening hours to accommodate the family’s needs). Ability to work with a diverse population is helpful.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. A bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services with 3-5 years of experience will also be considered for this position
· Rotating on-call responsibilities
· Valid driver's license
· Successful clearance by Justice Center and New York State Office of Children and Family Services Statewide Central Register Database Check
Knowledge of the NYS Connections System would be a huge plus
Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
