What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator/Team Leader position at Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. (RSS)?
The Children and Youth Division of Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator/Team Leader for its Otsego County Youth ACT Team.
The program will serve youth ages 10-20 years 11 months. The program will provide intensive clinical treatment for youth who had traditionally faced challenges with the current mental health treatment model. Program staff are a team who utilize youth guided, family driven approaches to develop the best strategies and interventions for mental health recovery and wellness.
Team Leader will have the responsibility of guiding/supervising the team, coordinating, and attending intakes, providing supervision of team members, and will coordinate/collaborate and partner with SPOA (Single Point of Access) for all referrals to the program. The team leader will facilitate collaboration and partnership with community-based programs and services for continuity of care and delivery of quality services.
The team leader will have additional administrative responsibilities for the Youth ACT Program
Qualifications for this Position:
Credentialed New York State Licensed Mental Health providers are required (LMSW, LCSW, and LMHC)
2 years of experience working with youth and families; preferred
Bi-lingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must have the ability to work with a diverse population. Must have strong communication skills. Knowledge of trauma informed care service delivery will be a plus.
Excellent salary ranging 80-85k (commensurate with education and experience)
