Digital Pricing and Content Manager

Rehabmart was founded in 1998 by two Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping people find high-quality solutions for their medical needs at an affordable price. Position Summary:

As an E-Commerce Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in managing product costing and pricing strategies. You will collaborate closely with management, sales teams, and overseas factories to ensure accurate cost analysis and pricing maintenance. The ideal E-Commerce Coordinator has a business and marketing mindset and is able to think strategically about the impact of their work on the organization as a whole and the marketplace it serves.This position is within the Content Services Department which is dedicated to creatively marketing products selected for the Rehabmart platform and the data integrity of the product catalog. This team ensures our data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This extends to our pricing and sales information and our page content and product descriptions. This department is in charge of creating unique, informative, and engaging content for our products in written and image form, as well as ensuring that content provides the highest possible value for our website users. For this reason, the candidate must be detail-oriented and adept at both writing and analysis, pulling information from the vendor and turning it into unique, interesting, marketing content and a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute price updates and control minimal acceptable margins on assigned pricing projects
• Work in a team to build product pages from the ground up, ensuring accurate costing and pricing
• Managing global outsource contractors or inhouse ecommerce personnel, who are engaged in product publishing and costing. Management in this area may include but is not limited to ensuring that costing, content, and digital media assets published on Rehabmart url product pages meet the company’s content and seo standards.
• Compile and maintain product costing for each vendor and manage the resulting pricing library
• Calculate margins, selling prices, and percentages in collaboration with management
• Update our pricing SOPs for each vendor account
• Request and maintain costing for all products
• Prepare cost sheets for implementation
• Ensure pricing files are current for each vendor
• Communicate with regarding pricing and address any pricing discrepancies
• Coordinate cross functionally regarding pricing and costing discrepancies and reconciliation across the operational cycle
• Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the technical function and features of the Rehabmart product platform and become a knowledge and training resource for colleagues on how to use the features and for the standards for content and pricing on Rehabmart.com

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Strong computer and mathematical skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to focus and concentrate for extended periods.
• Experience in product costing is advantageous.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or equivalent
• 1 years professional experience in a similar role.
