About the Job:
- A 13-week travel assignment opportunity available starting July 17th, 2024
- Working as an Allied Therapist with RehabVisions in Dalhart, TX
- Prioritize effective communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patients' communication disorders
- Treat patients using evidence-based practices and techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and share knowledge
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development
Requirements:
- Current licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in a rehab setting or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other technology
