Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring efficient department operations.
- Manage budgets, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement new therapy programs and market opportunities.
- Ensure timely and appropriate patient care, complying with state and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- 3 years of therapy and management experience required.
- Valid therapy board certification and state licensure.
