Treating Rehab Director
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to serve as our full-time Treating Rehab Director/Clinic Manager in Falls City, Nebraska.
About the Role
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department/clinic.
- Manage staffing, training, and department efficiency.
- Ensure high-quality patient care by supporting and mentoring staff.
- Monitor budgeting, compliance, and reporting for optimal performance.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, PTA, or COTA.
