Summary
We’re seeking a Rehab Director to lead the rehabilitation department / clinic in Le Sueur, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient therapy services. You’ll also be responsible for developing new programs, maintaining compliance, and providing excellent patient care. We’re looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, including therapists, assistants, and volunteers.
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and department efficiency.
- Develop quality assurance programs and handle necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and ensure timely response to referrals.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and billing processes.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
Education / Experience :
We’re open to candidates with various backgrounds, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical or Occupational Therapist Assistants. Preferably with 5 years of therapy experience and leadership in multi-discipline settings.
