What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow therapy services while providing hands-on patient care.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing rehab team.
- Oversee department operations, staffing, and compliance.
- Build relationships with hospital staff, patients, and the local community.
What You Bring:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- 5 years of experience preferred, including leadership roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
