- Assess and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Develop and implement therapy programs to meet patient needs
- Document patient progress and outcomes with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with patients, families, and staff to provide exceptional care
- Participate in the operation and success of the department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy from a certified occupational therapy program
- Graduation from a certified occupational therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
